  Excellent margarita. Steak cooked to perfection. Love the prairie dust. Oh my gosh the roasted carrots are sumptuous. The strawberry pecan salad is a must try. Don't forget the tonion. Yummy! We will be coming back. Delish!

  Service was good. The food is high quality, but definitely a bit pricey. I had a steak which was very juicy. Unfortunately, the way they cooked the steak (it was medium rare), gave it a smokey flavor which distracted from the steak flavor I expected. I requested A-1 which you should never need with a $24 steak. My wife loved her cubed steak, the watermelon margarita, and the French onion soup. Another reason we only rated 4 stars was because Longhorn was out of baby back ribs tonight. That broke my wife's heart.

  By far the best service, food and experience that I have had in a long time. Our waitress was impeccable our food was served promptly hot and prepared correctly and we were cater to as you should be in a restaurant. I hope it stays this way.
